After receiving your payment, it takes 2 to 3weeks for manufacture; 7 to 10days for speed manufacture. We only ship to the address that you specified at the time of your purchase. Estimated delivery date will be depend on Courier Service you select.

Once we shipped your item, you'll receive an email letting you know that your item has shipped. The email includes a tracking number which enable to track your item after travel from Japan.

In case that, any charge occur for the custom process in your country, you are responsible.

We will confirm your order by email later, after we see our fabric in stock & manufacture capacity.

If your package do not arrived, check up with your courier delivery service for the estimated delivery date & tracking.

We do not refund for returned item without proper reason. If you wish to return your item, email us, if we accept your return by reviewing your case, closely.
